Our SMSTS Classroom Course offers in-person training for construction site managers, project managers, and supervisors who prefer learning in a face-to-face environment. What to Expect from Classroom-Based SMSTS Training

Over five days, you’ll cover the core health and safety responsibilities of a construction site manager, with a focus on both legal compliance and practical site management skills.

Assessment and Certification

At the end of the course, you’ll complete a multiple-choice exam and practical assessments to test your understanding of key principles.

Once you pass, you’ll receive a CITB SMSTS certificate, valid for five years. To keep your qualification up to date, you’ll need to complete an SMSTS Refresher Course before your certificate expires.
